The Health Rider is a low impact exercise machine that delivers a calorie-burning workout while you are watching TV as it is very quiet to operate and does not occupy too much space. The HealthRider will give you a full body workout (exercising legs, arms, back and abdominal muscles without hurting your joints). It uses your own body weight as resistance, with a smooth forward and back motion similar to rowing. The two handle bar grip positions and two foot rest positions which change the intensity for a great cardio and all-body workout. The rotating handlebar and dual pedal positions allows you to focus on different muscles for different workouts. For added resistance, this machine comes with a height incline attachment which increases the resistance to a workout.
